An industry veteran, Richard takes charge of each EPC from survey to installation, and beyond.
A chartered engineer with nearly 30 years experience and an expert in energy performance contracting, Richard believes in a collaborative approach. His priority is for Ylem to have strong relationships with its clients and partners.
With the support of his team and sister firms, Richard ensures projects meet high expectations. He understands complex working environments, which require the ability to change focus or direction in order to fulfil client objectives.
Richard has managed major projects, with budgets running to over £30-million. A favourite was upgrading the hospital where his children were born, which allowed him to invest back in his community.
Richard’s lesser-known passion is sailing. No carbon fuels required.
